instructions are for mounting the 120mm, 12V DC, Cooling Fan in your enclosure
nearly everything in your enclosure produces heat, particularly
the TB6560 Driver board and 24V Power Supply, it is important a
Fan be installed. It can be mounted anywhere in your enclosure
but should be positioned so it services both the TB6560 Driver
Power Supply. The cooling fan is 12V DC and has a 230mm (approx)
lead and requires connection to the DC Converter previously

Rear to front.
To bring air into the
enclosure, mount the rear on the internal surface of the
enclosure. To extract air
from the enclosure mount the front on the internal surface of

your Cooling Fan against these templates prior to drilling.
Fans can vary from manufacturer to manufacturer as
much as 1-2 mm for mounting points.
your mounting point positions please consider the following:
The Cooling fan will require power power from the DC to
- The lead on the Cooling fan is approx 230mm and will need to be
mounted in range DC Converter.
- Orientation of fan will determine weather it
extracts or brings in air
- Fan is not to be mounted to other parts or
come in contact with other components
- Fan has moving parts which will need freedom to move
- Do not run wires directly over or on Fan as it can
Once you have
selected the desired position to mount the Fan please
drill 4 x 4mm holes and 1 x 113mm (approx)
openingas per the mounting template. Fan
orientation is at your discretion.
Align the bottom mounting points up with the lower 4mm holes.
4 bolts through mounting surface and
Cooling fan mounting points.
Attach the flat washers, spring washers and
nuts then tighten.
Once the bolts are
tightened grasp the fan and make sure it is firmly in
The Cooling fan is
now ready for wiring.
